Who we are
Kapoor & Associates was established in 1982 as a consultancy firm . We offer an entire range of services in Architecture, Interior Design, Planning, Engineering and Valuation.
Projects are developed keeping in mind the location and use of local construction methods, materials and skills. We believe in conscience related architecture. By creating a sense of belonging among the users and the operators of the building, we enable them to use the space in a sensible, efficient, environment friendly and socially profitable way.
The primary purpose of Kapoor & Associates is to develop and maintain the highest standards of professional practice. We accept only those engagements which we feel fully qualified to undertake. All the services in our organisation are rendered on strictly professional norms.

We have proficiently dealt with the planning of many prestigious projects of national importance. Many government projects are ongoing and we have performed Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction of various documents including bidding process and construction observation for them.

Geotechnical engineers

Valuation
We are government registered valuer. We evaluate every project from the client’s perspective.

Development Management Institute
Development Management Institute (DMI) was set up pursuant to a desire of the Government of Bihar to establish a High Performing Knowledge Institution (HPKI). Inspired by and recognizing the growing need for development management professionals, the Government of Bihar took the initiative to establish DMI as an autonomous institution. The rationale of DMI is best captured in its mission “To empower and usher in participatory governance and management of institutions, enterprises and resources for enhancing livelihoods and generating sustainable development”.
